Not only did they fix my fireplace at a great price, but they also saved me the hassle and expense of hiring someone else to diagnose and repair the sauna. I fortuitously met Nathaniel in New York while I was attempting to find the correct plumbing pipes for a DIY project at home for a newly renovated wet bar. The bar was built around the existing plumbing which hadn't been considered by the cabinet installer. As a result, the plumbing did not align with the new sink and it necessitated a lot of work to retrofit the original plumbing with the new sink. Nathaniel, overhearing my dad and I struggling to find the right pipes in the plumbing aisle, generously offered his plumbing expertise without us even asking. After we explained our predicament, he realized that the task was too overwhelming for us and offered to come to our house to properly assess the situation. Although we were initially scheduled for a later date, they had a slot open up due to a cancellation and asked if they could complete our project sooner. Sure, we could have opted for a different service, but we knew we wouldn't get the same attention to detail and excellent customer service that we get from Nathaniel and his team. It wasn't just a simple dishwasher installation. Nathaniel discovered an issue with our drainage system that had been improperly installed. The drainage pipes were extremely loose and on the brink of causing a flood in our kitchen. Nathaniel spotted this issue, brought it to our attention, and explained what was wrong. He then proceeded to repair the drainage problem, saving us from a potential disaster and possibly saving us a lot of money in floor and cabinet repairs. Following the repair work, Nathaniel conducted a test on the dishwasher, cleaned up all the waste from the installation, and restored everything to its original place (including a table that had been moved). He even took care of disposing of our old dishwasher. The quality of work was simply outstanding! We absolutely love our new dishwasher! i reached out to tucker & sons plumbing thinking i had a big issue on my hands. the person who picked up the phone was very friendly and assured me that someone would come out today between 3pm and 5pm. nathaniel arrived right on time at 3pm. he was not only friendly but also quickly figured out the problem and took care of it. to my relief, it turned out to be a minor issue, costing me half of what i initially expected. i definitely know who to call for any plumbing needs in the future, and i would highly recommend their services to everyone.

i’m sharing this review for my mother-in-law, who was very pleased with the plumbing service she received. her water heater had a leak. instead of simply swapping out the whole unit, nathaniel took the time to investigate and discovered that only the piping needed replacement. he saved her a lot of money! most other plumbing companies would have just replaced the entire heater without putting in that extra effort. this was the third time she has called for plumbing help, and she can confidently say they are a very reliable and trustworthy service. she would recommend them to anyone!

One of my tankless water heaters stopped heating up, and after reaching out to several places, I found quotes for dispatch fees ranging from $200 to $280, plus additional costs. Then, I discovered Tucker & Sons Plumbing, which offered me a $75 quote that would go towards any necessary repairs or parts. They managed to send someone out by the end of the day. It turned out that the tankless heater just needed the reset button pushed on the inside of the panel. There was a little mix-up regarding the initial $75 as a dispatch fee, but in the end, Tucker & Sons Plumbing honored their word and only charged me the $75. Would I use this plumbing service again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them to others? Definitely! I'm so grateful to have hot water again!

the scheduler gave me a ring when the plumber, nathaniel, was heading over, just like they said they would. nathaniel took the time to get to the root of the issue and left our outdoor drain working better than it ever has. he could've just slapped a band-aid on it, but he didn't rush and made sure he did the job properly. he was a real pro and was really helpful in providing information. he was upfront about any potential extra costs that might come up down the line. the price for the job was right on the money with the initial quote. it's a shame some folks didn't have a great experience with them - we sure did and we'd hire them again for sure.
